Built in 1984 & 1995, respectively, the two communities collectively consist of 76 multifamily units. Beeville’s primary economic driver is the “Eagle Ford Shale”, supplying numerous oil and natural gas jobs to the local community. Beeville is located approximately 90 miles southeast of San Antonio, TX and 57 miles northwest of Corpus Christi, TX.
